Tony was recommended to me by a work colleague. After receiving a very low price appraisal from the agent who sold me my house 4 years earlier, I met Tony and we agreed to list after I did some minor cosmetic touch-ups. My property was a "work in progress" so definitely not the easiest to sell. From memory it took around 4 months to find a serious buyer, during which time the tenants moved out. At all times Tony communicated with myself, and the tenants, exceptionally well. He did what he said what he was going to do, and was punctual and courteous. Advertising was effective and cost efficient, and the open days were many and varied. Never did I feel like Tony had forgotten about me or given up on the sale. He kept trying different strategies and always explained clearly his thoughts before executing his ideas. In the end I got $35 000 more for the property than the original agent said he could achieve.
